Foreframe is a workspace for project intelligence. It helps users upload, organise, analyse, and generate outputs from project material such as documents, images, reports, models, notes, and related content.
Foreframe may provide source analysis, AI-assisted reports, presentations, workflow outputs, citations, source inspection, and related workspace tools.
Foreframe is currently provided as a beta or stealth public beta product. It is not yet a fully public or paid subscription service.
During beta, quotas, features, workflows, access levels, and availability may change at any time. Some features may be experimental, limited, unavailable, or changed without prior notice.
You may need to sign in with an approved authentication provider to use Foreframe. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
Access may be provided through Free, trusted beta, admin, or other access levels. These access levels do not create a right to any particular feature, quota, workflow, or continued availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and use any content you add to Foreframe.
User content may include project files, source documents, images, models, notes, metadata, generated outputs, and other workspace material. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant Foreframe the permission needed to host, process, analyse, transform, display, and store that content so we can provide the service.
You must not upload content that you are not authorised to process, share, or use with Foreframe.
Foreframe is provided as an assistive tool. It does not replace professional judgement, review, or responsibility.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review and verify outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or using them in professional work.
Foreframe does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, planning, safety, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for professional decisions, submissions, and deliverables.
You must use Foreframe responsibly. You must not:
Foreframe may apply quotas, rate limits, usage limits, storage limits, upload limits, workflow limits, abuse checks, and other controls. These limits help keep the service reliable and safe during beta.
We may change limits, restrict access to features, pause workflows, or disable features where needed to protect the service, manage cost, prevent abuse, or improve reliability.
Foreframe relies on trusted third-party services to operate, including hosting, authentication, database, file storage, email, analytics, monitoring, security, and AI model or AI gateway providers.
When you use features that require these providers, relevant content and technical data may be processed by them as needed to provide the service.
We use technical and organisational measures to protect Foreframe, including authentication, private workspace controls, rate limits, abuse protection, monitoring, and security checks.
You must not interfere with these controls. We may investigate suspicious activity and restrict access where needed to protect Foreframe, users, or third-party services.
Foreframe and its software, interface, design, documentation, workflows, and underlying technology are owned by Foreframe or its licensors.
You retain your rights in the content you upload. Subject to your rights and any third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for your own internal or professional purposes, provided you review them and comply with these Terms.
Foreframe is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Foreframe will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for every project or purpose.
We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, compliant, or suitable for professional reliance without review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foreframe will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, goodwill, data, or project opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
We may also remove or restrict content if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, creates security risk, infringes rights, or may expose Foreframe or others to legal or operational risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users.
